  • Assisting with pre‑contract tender processes, including tender assessments, clarifications, and preparation of contract award recommendation reports.
  • Managing commercial inputs into the procurement process and supporting the development and agreement of procurement strategies.
  • Preparing NEC contracts using detailed compliance checklists.
  • Supporting the preparation of standard documentation, including reports, correspondence, and financial statements.
  • Assisting with quantity surveying tasks, tender analysis, and preparation of tender reports.
  • Taking ownership of contract documentation support with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
  • Proactively managing project and programme commercial risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are implemented.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the organisation.
  • Supporting internal documentation and ensuring trackers and records are accurately maintained and kept up to date.
