Mott MacDonald is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead multiple transportation design and construction projectsin a leadership capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about delivering excellence in infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop construction execution plans, including commissions strategies. Maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and project teams, acting as a liaison across multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Serve as client representative during construction with oversite of:
• Coordinating construction contractor activities and resolving interface issues
• Supporting permit-to-work process, leading daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and work planning sessions.
• Monitoring contractor performance against contract requirements, including safety, quality, and schedule.
• Material handling, storage, and transport
• Compliance with environmental regulations.
• Verify construction contractor progress reports , time sheets and mechanical completion.
• Champion contract management best practices and foster a positive, inclusive team culture that motivates and empowers staff.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in construction management of large,oil and gas pipeline projects. .
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience on major oil and gas projects.
• Certified Construction Manager or Project Management certification preferred.

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.

The expected salary for this position is $176,000- $216,000
