The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in DPR (Detailed Project Report) preparation, technical analysis, review engineering, design optimization, energy yield assessments, project commissioning, tendering, and procurement. Experience in Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is essential.

Job Profile

The candidate will be working on multiple projects within the industry focusing on the manufacturing sector. The various services for the role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Market research / studies
  • Review of Business case / techno – economic feasibilities
  • Technical due diligence

In doing so, the candidate will have to interface with various stakeholders, both, internal and external, to ensure timely & satisfactory deliveries consistent with clients' expectations as well as Mott MacDonald standards, ensuring commercial success of the assignments.

The role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quantitative skills, business acumen, a client service mindset and above all, a passion for the industry & infrastructure sector and the clients that we serve.

Flexibility, personal drive and an eagerness to learn and apply new skills and knowledge are of paramount importance.

Desired Qualification and Experience

This is a mid-senior role in advisory team. As a result, the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 -10 years of experience within the manufacturing unit or industrial development projects in renewables.
  • Strong understanding of Industrial & Infrastructure sector.
  • Possess excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • An understanding of finance with experience in core engineering projects would be advantageous;
  • Demonstrable business management and development skills will be added advantage;
  • Familiar and proficient with project management process;
  • Possess a recognized graduate degree in engineering & post-graduate educational degree Engineering / Management.
  • Familiar with construction role and sites in multiple sectors (industry & infrastructure); and,
  • Positive attitude, team player.
  • Flexible to work away from your home office and travel within and outside India.
