Job Summary

As part of the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor, the Chief Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing contract administration, managing variations and claims, and supporting dispute resolution processes. The role requires strong expertise in railway infrastructure projects, preferably DFCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Administer construction contracts effectively and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Variations and Claims: Handle variations in scope and manage claims for additional payments.
• Dispute Resolution: Support the client in Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) and arbitration cases.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and contractual terms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve contractual issues promptly.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualifications:
  • B.Tech (Civil or related discipline), preferably with an MBA.
• Experience:
  • General Work Experience: More than 12 years.
  • Experience in Railway/Transport Infrastructure Projects: More than 7 years.
  • Experience in Similar Role: More than 3 years.
