Job Profile-

An Airtable Developer designs, builds, and maintains scalable low-code applications and relational databases using Airtable. They are responsible for optimizing business workflows, automating manual tasks, and integrating Airtable with external enterprise systems and APIs.

Key Responsibilities-

• Assist in designing and developing Airtable bases, tables, linked records, views, and complex formulas to meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain automations, integrations, and scripts using Airtable’s native tools and APIs.
• Support data migration, cleaning, and structuring for efficient use within Airtable.
• Connect Airtable seamlessly with third-party tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand workflows and translate them into Airtable solutions.
• Create user-friendly Airtable Interfaces to provide specific dashboards and actionable views for internal stakeholders.
• Provide documentation and basic training to end‑users on Airtable features and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Airtable platform.
• Familiarity with relational databases and data modeling concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with tools like SharePoint, ServiceNow and DevOps or other integration platforms.
• Exposure to workflow automation and process optimization.
• Exposure to advanced excel formula and basic SQL knowledge.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, or scripting (JavaScript/Python preferred).
• Interest in sustainability, operations or project management.
