If you're an engineering leader, looking for a greenfield project and the opportunity to shape and make our engineering life easier at Motorway, then we're looking for you!

We're looking for engineering managers to lead our several teams at Motorway (B2B, B2C, Internal systems and Transpport!) – this is a very exciting project where you will use the latest ML techniques our help us build the best journeys for our sellers and dealers. You'll also provide the best-in-class user experience, bringing all the simplicity and beauty of a consumer-facing platform to the B2B sphere.

What you'll do:

  • Be a people leader – Mentoring and promoting career growth by providing feedback, learning & development opportunities to your team.
  • Be a technology leader – You'll be the technical sounding for your team with a strong focus on quality, performance, reliability, scalability & maintainability. This is not a hands-on role but you should be able to drive system design and architectural solutions.
  • Capture metrics and reporting to help guide continuous improvement.
  • Drive design and planning activities by removing ambiguities, resolving dependent question and providing high level engineering estimates
  • Work cross-functionally with other leaders to make the engineering life at Motorway easier for everyone!

  • You are able to whiteboard technical solutions and system design, know good engineering practices and patterns.
  • You're able to triage and identify issues within the system and prevent issues from occurring.
  • You are an engineering leader who embraces servant leadership principles.
  • You see team success as your number one goal!
  • Outstanding communication skills.
