We are looking for a highly motivated B2B specialist that will drive growth opportunities across our expanding partner network.
About the role
Leading and managing the Home Services B2B business unit and its range of partnerships, cultivating strong and lasting relationships through personalised contact, and understanding the needs of their businesses
Identifying and pursuing tactical opportunities, while also collaborating with internal colleagues and partners to plan and implement long-term growth initiatives and deliver against strategy
Ensuring effective management of partnership contracts, including renewals, amendments, and compliance
Building strong internal relationships with key group functions, drawing in support from team members along each stage of partnership development and growth
Using organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all activity
Tracking, measuring and reporting on the impact of partnership activities against specific important metrics, and responsibility for hitting commercial targets
Using data and insights to optimise partner performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and make data driven decisions
Increase team profile, engaging internal colleagues with the benefits of our team
About you
You’ll be responsible for managing the Home Services B2B business unit, nurturing, and developing key partner relationships and will work closely with multiple teams across the whole Moneysupermarket Group. Therefore, you’ll need to possess first-class communication and people skills, and have an ability to garner support for projects and initiatives by taking a structured, collaborative, and analytical approach.
You’ll also possess a natural curiosity and desire to innovate and try new things.
You’ll have a creative approach to problem solving with strong attention to detail, always producing high quality work.
You'll have senior-level experience working within a digital environment and have proven experience of driving successful outcomes within a similar role. If you have knowledge of Home Services that would be beneficial.
You will be commercially minded, highly analytical, and comfortable using Excel and Tableau to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
You'll have a good understanding of core marketing channels, and executional considerations.
Please note: The role will be London-based with a potential requirement for very occasional travel in the UK.
