You help manufacturing line leaders deliver on Mondelēz International’s safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets to ensure processes run smoothly by coaching line teams and using tools to eliminate losses, troubleshoot line problems and improve systems.

How you will contribute

In this role, you are the technical expert responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and proposing ideas to tackle operational losses in the biscuit manufacturing plant's production processes, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and operational efficiency standards.

You will:

• Identify and quantify operational losses in production processes (waste, downtime, rejects, rework).
• Monitor process KPIs (OEE, yield, availability, quality) to detect deviations.
• Propose solutions based on root cause analysis and lead continuous improvement projects applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SMED, 5S and Kaizen.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP.
• Train production personnel in new procedures and improvement tools.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the food sector
• Knowledge of quality management and food safety systems (HACCP)
• Knowledge of industrial automation and process control
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt certification valued), 5S, Kaizen, SMED, PDCA
• English: B2 minimum level
• Knowledge of office tools (Microsoft Office)

Education / Certifications:

• Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
