In this newly created role, the Head of Talent Sourcing - Europe will establish and provide direct leadership to a newly formed team of Talent Sourcing Advisors responsible for building and delivering proactive candidate pipelines and sourcing for active roles in alignment with Mondelēz business needs. You will be a thought-leader, driving the development and implementation of innovative and inclusive talent sourcing strategies and solutions aimed at attracting top-notch, diverse talent to Mondelēz while also ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

How you will contribute

  • As a people leader, you will coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports, provide guidance and direction to your team. You will support them to achieve their potential and capability in new and innovative Sourcing techniques and best practice.
  • Building your team’s capability in story-telling, engagement and influencing to engage with passive external talent in the right way.
  • Drive the design and delivery of innovative TA sourcing strategies to identify and execute candidate generation strategies, proactively researching and assessing new sourcing methodologies to meet Mondelēz overall short- and long-term talent needs
  • Building quality relationships with Business Leaders, understanding their needs intimately to coach and deliver a great hiring match now or in the future
  • Ensuring increasing quality of hire by analysing hiring trends, external influences and designing/implementing innovative sourcing strategies to enable Mondelez to attract and hire the next generation of talent
  • Partner with People Leads and Business leaders to comprehend hiring plans, diversity goals and business priorities to develop and implement sourcing and talent pipelining tactics that support a consistent flow of qualified, diverse candidates directly linked to key roles/critical capabilities across functions
  • Develop metrics such as KPIs, ROI and SLAs to evaluate the productivity of sourcing strategies, monitor service delivery and technology effectiveness
  • Build up external benchmarking capability to understand competitive intelligence landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders, utilizing data trends to gain insights into how to broaden and diversify our talent pools
  • Influence change and drive change management for new solutions/ new ways of approaching sourcing and technology within the recruitment process

What you will bring

  • Extensive experience in a Head of Talent Acquisition/Sourcing role or as a senior TA/TS Manager - with a passion for the sourcing side of Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience in a Leadership role - create, develop and implement Talent Sourcing strategies in a multi-national organisation
  • Experience building, leading, coaching, and evaluating a Sourcing/Recruiting team ideally across multiple locations internationally.
  • Prior experience of developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies to compete for hard to find talent in a competitive environment across multiple geographies.
  • Experience of driving change and continuous improvement as well as strong project management skills.
  • Data- driven mindset - experience in utilising multiple data sources and translating into meaningful business insights which you can use to influence stakeholders and have an impact on future hiring decisions.
  • Passionate about diversity and able to demonstrate to leaders how the TS function can support our future diversity goals.
  • Outstanding networking, relationship building and influencing skills – able to operate at a senior level to partner with senior leaders.

You will be a true leader in the business, creating, developing and delivering the Talent Sourcing Strategy, ensuring we are in the best place to source and attract the talent that is going to deliver on our agenda both today and in the future.

Additional Information

This role is could be based at either our offices in Birmingham or in Uxbridge (free parking at both sites and commutable by public transport)

We work to a hybrid model - 3 days a week in the office
