How you will contribute
You will be:
- Delivering the DACH CS&L Digitalization & Automation project agenda, CI initiatives and transformational projects
- Supporting the DACH CS&L Project and Change management agenda: processes, ways of working, system landscape
- Managing Project governance for all CS&L DACH projects
- Drive Business partnering with internal and external business partners
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- University or equal Master MA preference SupplyChain/Economics, Industrial engineering
- Business experience 5+ years in min. 2 different Supply chain and/or Commercial functions
- Project management experience 3+ years with internal and external business partners in minimum medium complex
- Experience on ERP and integration digital tools to SAP ECC
- Analytical tools and Dashboards: PowerBi / Tableau
- Emerging technologies knowledge is desirable: ML/AI, Blockchain, IoT and EDI
- English - proficiency level, German will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Python programming and statistical analysis is desirable
- Familiarity with Machine Learning techniques and Lean methodology is considered a strong differentiator
