What you'll bring to the team

Receives, handles, stores, issues, and delivers merchandise for LEGOLAND California; May work at an off-site facility or at the Park location; Moves materials and merchandise to storage areas and bin locations utilizing scanners; Safely utilizes forklifts, pallet jacks, and/or other material moving equipment with a mentality of “Safety First”; Make timely deliveries utilizing different types of delivery vehicles to many on-site and off-site drop-off points: Ensures upkeep of working area; Follows all Standard operating Procedures with timeliness and accuracy; Must possess the ability to use a calculator or complete minor math calculations; Must have a clean driving record and the ability to work at height; Must possess good communication skills and works well with others; Assist in Profit Protection and provides excellent guest service to internal and external contacts

Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Pull product accurately utilizing a Pick list and able to logically locate items within a Warehouse with he ability to update accurately in the Inventory system; may utilize a scanner or paper form pick list.
  • Loads and unloads vehicles, containers, trailers and vans.
  • Moves materials or merchandise to storage areas and bin locations utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and or other material moving equipment.
  • Deliveries product or orders to the Park Departments utilizing different vehicles to on and/or off-site drop-off points.
  • Performs daily clean-up activities.
  • Performs daily cycle-counts, inventory control, and maintains inventory within bin location.
  • Locates, assembles and prepares items for shipment or distribution.
  • May create tags and tags merchandise; may assemble bundles for sale.
  • Accurately Receives and verifies items against Vendor receiving documents utilizing different receiving systems
  • Ensures warehouse maintenance, safety and security at all times. Ensure “SAFETY FIRST”!

This role is seasonal, and will sunset on Aug. 18th, 2026.

Qualifications & Experience

Background and Experience:

Six months of general warehouse experience required. Experience in a large Pick and Pack Warehouse environment helpful.

Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination is required. Some college course work is preferred.

Other Requirements:

Capable of being certified to operate a forklift (Stand-up reach truck) and order pickers from the ground level to a maximum height of 30 feet above ground.

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support park operations.

Must have valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and have valid vehicle insurance.

Language Skills:

The employee must be able to speak, read, and write the English language. Ability to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one settings and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.

Mathematical Skills:

The employee must possess and be able to perform basis math and counting skills. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations.
