We’re looking for a confident, people focused, Senior Park Operations Manager to join the team at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, where creativity, fun and unforgettable experiences come together. In this key leadership role, you’ll help ensure our park operates safely, smoothly and with a real sense of magic, creating brilliant days out for families from the moment the park opens to the final goodbye.

You’ll play a vital part in the day to day running of the Resort, leading operational teams across the park and supporting the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the Director of Operations and Experience, you’ll help bring our purpose to life, bringing joy, creating connections and making lasting memories for every guest who visits.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead operational teams to deliver safe, efficient and guest focused experiences across the park.
  • Take ownership during live operations, managing incidents and resolving guest escalations with confidence.
  • Ensure the park is always guest ready, meeting brand, safety and operational standards.
  • Coach and develop leaders and teams, building a positive and high performing culture.
  • Champion guest experience, health and safety and continuous improvement across the Resort.

This is a full time, permanent role, working any 5 days out of 7. This will include weekends and bank holidays, with flexibility required to support a live Resort environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience within a large scale operational, leisure or visitor attraction environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
  • A guest first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety responsibilities within an operational setting.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing management teams to achieve high performance.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

If you’re ready to lead from the front, inspire brilliant teams and help create magical LEGO® memories every day, we’d love to hear from you.
