Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are gearing up for our 2026 Season and we are looking for Rides & Attractions Assistants to join the team! Your main responsibility is to safely assist Guests on and off a variety of thrilling rides, ensuring that Health and Safety is always the top priority. With training, you will proactively handle guest questions and complaints, while always maintaining your area to the highest standards. Day to day this role will include:

• Ensuring the Health and Safety of yourself, colleagues, and Adventurers at all times
• Enforcing the highest standards and adhering to all set restrictions
• Delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Working as a team player in a fast-paced and unique environment
• Carrying out daily ride safety checks
• Reporting any Health and Safety concerns using the appropriate procedures
• Following all training procedures to meet required standards
• Implementing and enforcing all ride restrictions
• Maintaining efficient ride operations

Qualifications & Experience

We need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver jaw dropping fun to our Guests!Whilst we do not require any formal qualifications or experience for this role, the following would be desirable:

• Customer service experience
• Working outdoors
• Prepared for new challenges every day

Pay Range

From GBP £8.00/Hr.
