Stock Replenishment Host – Lego Store

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours INCLUDES: FULL TIME/PART TIME – Working up to 5 out of 7 days a week, covering hours from 3.00pm through to 11.00pm.

We are looking for passionate candidates to join our AWESOME Stock Replenishment team at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. As a Stock Replenishment Host, you will work in our largest store on the Resort – the Lego Store, ensuring our store is filled with stock ready for opening.

• Ensuring and maintaining high standards in our Retail Stores across park through tidying and cleaning, both in our staff areas and guest facing areas.
• Breaking down of deliveries to neatly organise into the stockrooms
• Put out stock onto the store, ready for park opening.
• Ensuring the stock is worked into the correct sections and that the products are merchandised to planogram, ensuring all planogram amendments are adhered to.
• Pricing products in store.
• Ensuring health and safety policies are adhered to.

Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake, and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line manager and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be able to speak and read fluently in English.
• Experience of working within a fast-paced environment (desired but not necessary).
• Experience of working in a team (desired but not necessary).
• Adaptable to change.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to work within a team.
• To have passion for the LEGO® brand and LEGOLAND® Parks.
• To provide a high standard of service through guest obsession.
