About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Resource Associate to join our Planning and Business Support team at Alton Towers Resort. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth integration of new team members, supporting recruitment and training, and maintaining compliance across our frontline operations. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive new starter experience, supporting employee performance, and helping our resort thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate on-site recruitment tasks, raise requisitions, track candidate availability, deliver engaging site inductions, and ensure new hires are ready to start their roles.
• Training Management: Develop and maintain training plans for frontline teams, monitor completion, and collaborate with operational teams to ensure skills coverage meets business needs.
• Employee Performance & Conduct: Support absence management, disciplinary processes, and employee relations issues under guidance from the UK People Hub. Maintain accurate records and provide updates to Resort Management.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR, administrative, or resource coordination roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with onboarding, training delivery, and employee relations processes.
• Experience in resource planning and working in fast-paced environments is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong operational and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively across teams.
• Clear and engaging communication skills for delivering inductions and training.
