LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Host

Location: Trafford Palazzo, Manchester M17 8AS

Contract Type: Seasonal

We are recruiting for Hosts to join our AWESOME LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Team!

Working in the bricktastic LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our guests have a truly immersive experience, delivering excellent service and creating memorable moments for all of our guests. If you are hardworking, enthusiastic, and serious about fun then we would love to meet you.

As a LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Host you will assist out guests throughout their journey at the attraction, from recommending LEGO sets in the LEGO Store to replenishing stock and creating eye catching displays, you will consistently seek out new ways to impress and delight our guests! Naturally you’ll be passionate about the LEGO brand, and will ensure you are up to date with the latest releases, events and promotions, all the while adhering to all health, safety and compliance procedures and policies. The attraction also boasts a friendly and welcoming café area and a welcoming Admissions space, so it would be great if you have previously worked in a coffee shop or cash handling role!

We have various different roles across the attraction and, if you are selected for interview we will be interviewing for Guest Experience, Admissions, Food & Beverage and Retail.

Qualifications & Experience

• Friendly and Outgoing: You’ll engage with guests of all ages, so a warm and welcoming personality is essential.
• Guest-Focused: Prior experience in retail or hospitality is a plus, but a genuine passion for helping others is what we value most!
• Communication Skills: You should be comfortable interacting with guests and collaborating with your team.
• Enjoy Working in a Busy Environment: If you thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy interacting with people, this role is for you!
