What you'll bring to the team

School & Group Booking Coordinator - Legoland Discovery Center Michigan

What You'll Do:

• 🤝 Build, grow, and maintain strong business relationships across key markets

• 💰 Drive new and repeat business to hit (and beat) volume & revenue goals

• 🧳 Lead tour, travel, and group bookings to boost site traffic and sales

• 📊 Track success with booking, revenue, and campaign performance reports

• 🎯 Plan, coordinate, and execute events, promotions, and client programs

• 🗓️ Manage event logistics, schedules, contracts, and ongoing client communication

• 📣 Conduct sales calls, presentations, follow-ups, and client education initiatives

• 🔄 Stay market-savvy while handling evolving responsibilities and special projects

Qualifications & Experience

What You'll Bring:

• 🎓 High school diploma or GED required (college degree a plus!)

• ☎️ 2+ years of customer service experience; call center / reservations experience helpful

• 🔄 Pro multitasker who can juggle multiple projects with ease

• 💬 Strong written & verbal communication skills with a positive, adaptable attitude

• 💻 Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
