🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✨ Deliver WOW-worthy moments! Create engaging, interactive experiences that leave a lasting impression.👟 Lead from the floor! Be a visible leader who jumps in to support the team and inspire outstanding guest service.🤝 Team Collaboration. Work closely with operations management to keep the attraction running smoothly and efficiently.🎓 Be the role model. Train and coach Guest Experience Hosts to deliver LEGOLAND’s world-class service with a smile.🌈 Make it right. Resolve guest concerns with positivity, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.🛡️ Keep it safe. Champion health & safety standards and encourage your team to do the same.

🛠️ Health & Safety Duties:

🚨 Act as a Fire Marshal and First Aider when needed.🧼 Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and team members.📝 Log all incidents accurately and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

🎈 Training & Development:

📚 Support the onboarding and training of new team members.📋 Help track training completion and sign-offs to keep the team empowered and informed.

✅ What You’ll Need:

🎓 High school diploma or equivalent required.💼 Previous guest service or hospitality experience is a must.🧸 A love for entertaining children and families in a fun, energetic environment.🗣️ Strong communication skills and the ability to train, guide, and lead others.😄 A bubbly, outgoing personality with a passion for teamwork and leadership.
