We’re looking for outgoing, energetic, and fun-loving individuals to join our Admissions Team—the first friendly faces our guests see as they step into a world of creativity, imagination, and LEGO fun.

What You’ll Do

As a Part-Time Admissions Host, you’ll be the gatekeeper to the magic! Your mission is to create amazing first impressions while helping guests kick off a day full of adventure.

You will:

• 🎉 Welcome guests with enthusiasm, positivity, and a whole lot of fun

• 🧱 Create memorable guest experiences by connecting with visitors in a magical, safe, and playful environment

• 💬 Confidently interact with guests of all ages—families, kids, and LEGO® fans alike

• 💰 Drive ticket sales and upgrades while meeting and exceeding sales goals

• 🚦 Manage queue lines safely while keeping spirits high

• 🧹 Ensure admissions areas and point-of-sale displays are fully stocked, organized, and guest-ready

• 🔐 Follow opening and closing procedures to keep operations running smoothly

• 🦺 Promote health, safety, and security standards to keep everyone smiling and safe

Qualifications & Experience

• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
