About the Role

Do you love keeping people safe while helping families have fun? ✨ As a Health & Safety Ranger at Peppa Pig Theme Park Dallas, you’ll be the guardian of fun and safety! 🛡️ You’ll maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees, respond to emergencies, and make sure everyone follows our health and safety standards—all while providing top-notch guest service.

This is the perfect role for someone with a keen eye for safety, a calm, proactive approach, and a love for ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications & Experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• 🔒 Secure facilities, equipment, and assets to prevent loss or damage

• 🚶‍♂️ Patrol all areas and assist departments with safety and guest-focused efforts

• 🧳 Manage lost & found to ensure items are safely returned to guests

• 📹 Monitor surveillance equipment, access, and exit points

• 🏗️ Inspect buildings and equipment according to park policies

• ⚠️ Respond to emergencies and enforce park policies to prevent loss or damage

• 📝 Assist in investigations and complete thorough reports, including interviews and photographs

• 📻 Dispatch and respond to radio calls for security needs and emergencies

• 🔥 Assist with monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and emergency lighting

• 👮‍♂️ Maintain professional relationships with law enforcement and emergency personnel

• 😃 Provide excellent guest service, ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience

Who You Are

• At least 1 year of security and/or law enforcement experience preferred 👮‍♀️

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills 🗣️💡

• Calm and composed under pressure 🌊

• Dedicated to outstanding guest service and teamwork 🤝

• Flexible, able to work weekday mornings and evenings ⏰

• Interested in a career in Health & Safety or Security 🚨

• Prior family theme park experience is a plus 🎢

Education

• High School diploma or GED required 🎓

• Some college coursework preferred 📚

• Must be able to successfully complete CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid training ❤️

Pay Range

USD $15.00/Hr.
