As a Guest Experience Supervisor, youβll be a hands-on leader on the attraction floor, inspiring your team, supporting daily operations, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile π
Qualifications & Experience
What Youβll Be Doing π
In this exciting leadership role, you will:
- π Lead from the attraction floor, providing example-based, shoulder-to-shoulder leadership
- π Deliver outstanding guest care aligned with Guest Obsession standards
- π₯ Motivate, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- π£ Deliver engaging daily team briefings and maintain clear communication
- π― Support daily operations and ensure all positions are effectively covered
- π Uphold the highest standards of safety, presentation, and guest service
- π‘ Empower the team to confidently handle service recovery moments
- π§± Monitor guest-facing areas and help enhance the overall experience
- π¬ Provide feedback to drive performance and maximize sales opportunities
- π Assist with scheduling, training, and performance support
- π° Support Duty Manager shifts overseeing attraction-wide operations
- β¨ Encourage new ideas and innovation to improve the business

What Weβre Looking For π΅οΈββοΈ
To thrive in this role, youβll need:
- β High school diploma or GED
- β At least two years of supervisory experience in a guest-facing environment
- β Strong leadership and communication skills
- β A calm, confident approach in a busy, high-energy setting
- β Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
- β Sales awareness and attention to detail
- β Comfort working with POS or computerized systems
- β The ability to multitask and stay organized
