☕ Café Host – LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester 🍪

Love making people smile and serving up fun? Join Team Merlin as a Café Host and help keep the magic going one snack, drink, and friendly greeting at a time!

As a part-time Café Host, you’ll welcome families into our themed café spaces, serve food and beverages, keep everything sparkling clean, and create a warm, upbeat atmosphere. You’ll also have the chance to cross-train in our retail store and grow your skills!

✨ What You’ll Do

• Bring enthusiastic, friendly guest service to every interaction

• Serve food & drinks while keeping the café clean, stocked, and inviting

• Support sales goals with a positive, proactive attitude

• Manage lines safely and smoothly

• Follow opening/closing procedures and uphold safety standards

• Interact confidently with guests of all ages

• Maintain a safe environment and support overall attraction operations

Qualifications & Experience

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in food service/concessions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
