Go-To-Market Director - LEGOLAND® Billund & Amsterdam Cluster
Can you turn business strategy into market leading go-to-market initiatives? Are you an experienced commercial leader with a sharp eye for guests, the market, and business performance? Then you might be our new Go-To-Market Director for LEGOLAND® Billund and Merlin’s attractions in Amsterdam.
We are looking for a Go-To-Market Director who can take full commercial ownership of our most iconic experiences - from LEGOLAND Billund to SEA LIFE, Madame Tussauds, Amsterdam Dungeon, and This Is Holland.
You will be responsible for setting the overall commercial direction in the market and defining strategy for pricing, marketing, digital, partnerships, and product activation. The role has a clear mandate to outperform the market, drive sustainable growth, and deliver strong EBITDA results. You will be the unifying commercial leader, translating insights, creativity, and data into measurable outcomes for both local and international guests.
Your responsibilities
- Own the overall go-to-market strategy for Billund and Amsterdam, with accountability for growth, market share, and EBITDA.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns and commercial initiatives across channels, markets, and audiences, balancing brand storytelling with performance.
- Drive revenue optimization through pricing, channels, and conversion, in close collaboration with Revenue Management and Digital.
- Lead and develop a high-performance go-to-market team that delivers with speed, quality, and accountability.
- Ensure strong execution through close collaboration with Operations, Finance, and global Merlin teams, focusing on market responsiveness, ROI, and guest experience.
- Implement data- and insight-driven management of all GTM initiatives to continuously adapt strategy to market and guest behaviour.
Kvalifikationer og erfaring
Who you areWe imagine you have:
- Solid leadership experience in commercial roles within travel, leisure, entertainment, or other guest-focused B2C businesses.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue and profitability growth through integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Strong business acumen and experience in pricing, performance marketing, and distribution partnerships.
- Ability to navigate complex, competitive environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Inspirational leader who develops and motivates teams.
- Passion for guest experience and the ability to combine creativity with data-driven commercial strategy.
- Fluent in Danish and English, both at a business negotiation level.
