Education Operations Sales Lead

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, occasional weekends required to support additional education activity

Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid, £13ph

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are busy prepping for our 2026 season, and we are recruiting for an Education Operations Sales Lead to join our AWESOME Schools & Groups Team!

The Education Operations Sales Lead is a key role within our Schools & Groups commercial team, working closely with our Education customers to guide their product selection and ensure they have an enjoyable and smooth booking experience, from the first enquiry to the delivery of the workshop on their visit to the resort. You will be answering incoming guest enquiries via email and telephone, inputting bookings into our internal system and sending confirmations all the while delivering first class customer service.

You will also work alongside the Education Workshop team during the school term, supporting their delivery within our Learning Academy and helping them to learn and grow through coaching conversations and feedback sessions, all while seeking ways to continuously improve our Education offering to align with our customer expectations and KPI metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience working within a customer service environment, finding flexible resolutions and maintaining a high standard of professionalism throughout your interactions
• It would be beneficial if you have previously worked in an educational workshops setting, or have experience with delivering engaging presentations to large groups of children
• A clear and confident communicator in both verbal and written communications
• Organised and detail orientated, with the ability to oversee multiple school partnerships simultaneously
• Comfortable to train and coach our Education host team, in partnership with directives from the department manager
• Passionate about delivering the highest standard of guest service
• Understanding of KPI targets and how to maximise efficiency to achieve those targets is desirable

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for an Education Operations Sale Lead to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
