What you'll bring to the team
Are you looking for a job that’s full of FUN at Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park? Fancy working somewhere extraordinary, where otters and sea turtles look on as you go about your day? Then dive in, we’re on the lookout for Customer Service Assistants to join our brilliant seasonal team.
No two days here are the same. You could be the first friendly face our guests meet at admissions, welcoming families as they begin their underwater adventure. You might help guests pick the perfect souvenir in our retail shop, support visitors at our Pirate Adventure Golf, or answer questions that turn a good visit into a great one.
Love being hands on and chatty? You could find yourself at the rockpool, sharing fascinating facts about marine life and helping guests connect with the ocean in a fun, memorable way. Or you could be backstage giving VIP tours and up close to our animals giving public talks.
Prefer a fast-paced buzz? You may work in our food and beverage outlets, serving up tasty treats and great service. Or you could be over at the Caribbean Cove Adventure Play Area, helping deliver brilliant experiences for day visitors, children’s parties and special events.
Wherever you are in the park, you’ll go out of your way to make sure every guest leaves smiling. You’ll be trained across different departments, giving you variety, confidence and a real understanding of how the whole attraction comes together. One shift might be indoors, the next outdoors and another right in the heart of the action.
These are seasonal, fixed term roles from February to November. All seasonal positions offer a flexible minimum of 5 guaranteed hours per week, with hours increasing during peak periods. Availability will vary across the season.
Qualifications & Experience
- Plenty of experience working in a customer facing environment
- Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" attitude
- A fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- Available to work weekends and bank holidays
