Attraction Supervisor

Contract Type: Permanent, hourly paid

Step into the Spotlight as we are recruiting for an Attraction Supervisor to join our AWESOME Attractions Operations Team! We are looking for an energetic, guest‑obsessed Attraction Supervisor to help deliver unforgettable experiences to every guest who walks through our doors. As an Attraction Supervisor, you will lead a team of Attraction Hosts to deliver a premium and memorable guest experience. You will be an advocate for the highest standards of customer service, always aiming to exceed expectations through proactive engagement and exceptional guest interactions. A key part of your role will be ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the attraction, from maintaining consistent guest flow to preventing congestion and supporting colleagues to meet guests’ needs.

The Attraction Supervisor will uphold all Standard Operating Procedures and maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and wellbeing for guests and colleagues alike. You will take ownership of managing performance within the team: celebrating excellent work, addressing performance concerns, and ensuring standards remain consistently high. You will also lead by example in punctuality, professionalism, and readiness to go the extra mile.

In addition, you will gain knowledge across other departments to support wider attraction efficiency and enhance your overall product understanding. The role also involves training and working on the Spirit of London ride in both attendant and operator capacities, contributing to the safe and seamless running of this key attraction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable with face to face guest interactions
  • Highly observant, proactive, and able to respond quickly to challenges
  • Confident problem solver, able to remain calm under pressure
  • Self‑motivated with strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering consistently high standards
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to follow processes accurately
  • Adaptable, engaging, and able to maintain energy levels during long periods of walking or standing
  • Comfortable with the physical nature of working on ride operations
