We are Merlin.
We create extraordinary experiences that bring people together through play.

You will play an important role in managing our corporate news flow and supporting our leadership team to share great content that builds reputation.
Reporting to the Director of Media Relations, you will join a team of 30,000 extraordinary teammates where success is a team sport and play leads the way.
What you will be doing
- You will support a proactive corporate communications strategy that helps stakeholders understand Merlin’s big-picture strategy, financial results and progress.
- You’ll be a calm, confident voice in issues management, working closely with our partners in Finance, People and Legal.
- You will build and nurture meaningful relationships with tier-one media.
- From managing media monitoring providers, to ensuring our crisis plans are regularly tested, you will ensure our team is always effective.
- You will maintain a global external communications plan and editorial calendar that keeps the team moving with pace and clarity.
You will be a trusted advisor to our Executive Team and a key partner for our Corporate Affairs and Marketing networks. When things get complex, you will be right there with our Operations teams, offering grounded advice and mitigation.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Arbor office in London.
