What you'll bring to the team
- A passion for delivering a safe, fun, and memorable experience for every guest.
- Strong confidence working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment, often outdoors.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service while managing queues, enforcing ride restrictions, and supporting guest needs.
- A proactive and energetic approach, with a willingness to stay active throughout the day.
- Great attention to detail when carrying out safety checks, height checks, and ride procedures.
- A team-focused mindset, working collaboratively with colleagues and communicating clearly with managers and team members.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure, making quick decisions while maintaining high standards.
- A commitment to maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency targets across attractions.
Qualifications & Experience
- A high level of motivation, both independently and as part of a team.
- Confident communication skills and proficiency in the English language.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the wider resort.
- Ability to follow procedures and training, including safety standards (CoSWP) and operational guidelines.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in busy or high-pressure situations.
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Ability to learn and be assessed across multiple attractions.
- Previous experience in a customer service or operational role is beneficial but not essential.
