We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Stock Associate to help keep our stores fully stocked, visually exciting, and guest-ready. If you enjoy working behind the scenes while still delivering awesome guest experiences, this role is for you!The ideal candidate will have flexible availability, with shifts starting as early as 7:00 AM and closing shifts extending up to approximately 1 hour and a half after park hours, supporting the needs of daily operations.

🌟 About the Role

As a Retail Stock Associate, you’ll support the daily operations of our retail locations by maintaining stock levels, organizing inventory, and ensuring stores are clean, safe, and guest-ready.

🛍️ What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent guest service across retail stores and kiosks
• Replenish merchandise and maintain stock levels
• Execute visual merchandising and floor presentation standards
• Receive, process, and organize deliveries
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized sales floor and stockroom areas
• Perform inventory tasks including cycle counts, pricing, and stock rotation
• Support general housekeeping, including high-reach cleaning as needed

⚙️ Operational Responsibilities

• Follow all LEGOLAND® policies and procedures
• Ensure sales floor and stockroom areas meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Maintain clear, accessible, and ADA-compliant spaces
• Stock shelves, execute floor moves, and support visual presentation standards
• Organize stockrooms and back-of-house areas for efficiency and functionality
• Perform general housekeeping tasks, including high-reach cleaning (ladders, dusting, cobweb removal)
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, pricing, and stock rotation
• Process deliveries promptly and report discrepancies
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits
• Manage damaged merchandise and returns to warehouse/vendors
• Partner with warehouse teams to ensure effective inventory control
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience
