Are you a night owl with a passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences? We're looking for a Hotel Night Receptionist to join our Hotel Operations team at Thorpe Shark Cabins.

As the face of our accommodation offering during the night shift, you'll play a vital role in ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, a smooth check-in and check-out experience, and exceptional service throughout their stay. You'll be responsible for maintaining high operational standards, supporting guests with queries, and helping deliver an outstanding overnight guest experience.

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and peak operating periods.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using booking or reservation systems.
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a rota basis.

Desirable

• Previous experience in a hotel reception, hospitality, accommodation, leisure, or tourism environment.
• Experience handling guest feedback and resolving customer concerns.
• Knowledge of hotel check-in/check-out processes.
• Cash-handling and retail experience.
