Job Description

What you'll bring to the team

• A friendly, approachable, and professional manner, acting as the face of Thorpe Shark Cabins during overnight operations
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable stays
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to confidently check guests in and out
• The ability to handle guest queries, feedback, and minor issues effectively and calmly
• A proactive approach to maintaining high standards across all guest areas
• Attention to detail when completing daily and weekly operational checklists
• Responsibility and integrity when handling guest property and belongings
• A team-focused attitude, working closely with the Night Team Leader and wider hotel team
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and support operational needs

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is desirable but not essential
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with guests
• Basic organisational skills, including managing luggage storage and shop stock
• Commitment to following company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
• Willingness to complete all required onboarding and training
