Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 , Shifts will cover hours between 09:00am - 3:30pm

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, we are recruiting for a Linen Porter to join our AWESOME Hotel Housekeeping Team!

Our Linen Porters work across all three of our onsite hotels, supporting the Housekeeping team in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a Housekeeping Assistant, Hotel Porter, Hospitality Assistant, Hotel Operations Assistant or Hotel Support role within a busy hospitality environment.

As a Linen Porter, you'll help maintain guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities to the highest standards, ensuring an outstanding guest experience at all times.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collecting, transporting and delivering clean linen across all hotel departments.
• Restocking linen, towels and housekeeping supplies to ensure operational readiness.
• Supporting Housekeeping Room Attendants with daily deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Moving and handling laundry, linen cages and large housekeeping trolleys safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with the distribution of cleaning products, room amenities and housekeeping stock.
• Monitoring linen inventory and completing accurate stock counts and records.
• Helping maintain clean, organised and safe back-of-house areas.
• Supporting the wider hotel operations team to ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the resort.

This is a hands-on, physical role that would suit candidates with experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, hotel operations, warehouse, logistics, stock control, porter services, room attendant support, facilities support or other customer-focused environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Have experience of working as a porter or linen porter within a fast-paced hotel environment

• Comfortable to be working on your feet for long periods of time

• Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting

• Have a keen eye for detail and of course hold yourself to very high standards of cleanliness!

• A full UK driving licence is essential as you’ll be driving between our hotels onsite

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for Linen Porters to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
