What you'll bring to the team

Head of Ecommerce Planning UK

Location: London, Arbor

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed term until August 2027

We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on Head of eCommerce Planning to translate our global Go-To-Market (GTM) trading calendar into high-performing, insight-led digital campaigns.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy and execution—owning how campaigns come to life across our eCommerce ecosystem. You will drive conversion, revenue, and customer value by combining data-led planning with exceptional onsite execution and operational excellence.

You will shape the frameworks, rhythms, and governance that underpin best-in-class digital delivery, while remaining close to execution—actively building campaigns, optimising journeys, and ensuring we move at pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate GTM plans into effective digital campaigns across eCommerce channels
  • Lead onsite merchandising and execute campaigns within the CMS
  • Optimise journeys, content, and UX to drive conversion and AOV
  • Use data to plan, test, and continuously improve campaign performance
  • Own forecasting, reporting, and commercial outcomes
  • Streamline workflows and remove blockers to improve pace and efficiency
  • Align cross-functional and regional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in eCommerce planning, digital trading, forecasting, analytics, or related commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of leading planning processes across global or multi-market environments.
  • Strong experience in digital forecasting, commercial planning cycles, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrable success in working within matrixed structures and aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital analytics tools (e.g., GA4), and trading KPIs.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing, Product, Data, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
