📅 Role Details

✅ Must be 18 years of age or older for the role

✅ Previous retail, sales, or commercial experience is preferred 🛍️

✅ Holiday availability is a big plus! 🎄🎉✨

✅ Ready to learn and grow? Team members may be cross-trained in other areas of the attraction, including Admissions, Food & Beverage, and Guest Operations based on business needs. 🔄🎟️🍿

🛍️ Deliver an Outstanding Retail Experience Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable interactions with every visitor.

💬 Engage & Recommend Start conversations with guests, understand their interests, and recommend products, experiences, and upgrades that enhance their visit.

💳 Drive Sales & Commercial Success Confidently promote retail merchandise, special offers, and add-on experiences while helping the team achieve sales goals.

🎁 Create Memorable Moments Help guests find the perfect souvenir, gift, or keepsake to remember their experience.

📦 Keep the Store Looking Amazing Maintain attractive product displays, replenish stock, and ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and guest-ready.

🤝 Support the Attraction Work collaboratively with team members across the attraction to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

🔄 Cross-Train & Support Be flexible and willing to support other operational areas as needed, helping wherever the excitement is happening most.

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 🎢 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!

• 😄 Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.

• 🗣️ Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.

• 🚀 Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.

• 📅 Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
