What you'll bring to the team
Are you looking to take Guest Experience to new heights at one of Sydney's leading attractions?
We currently have an amazing opportunity for passionate individuals looking to join the team at the Sydney Tower Eye as a Guest experience Host on a casual basis.
About the role
The Sydney Tower Eye is on the hunt for a few select enthusiastic team members who are dedicated to the delivery of world class guest service.
Your role will be focused on providing exemplary service by:
Welcoming guests to the attraction and assisting with sales at the admissions entry point
Selling products at our gift shop and F&B store
Preparing coffee and tea
Independently running SKYWALK tours from Sydney’s Ultimate Viewpoint
Using a DSLR camera to take memorable photos of our guests on SKYWALK
Operating Virtual Reality simulator experience
Independently running engaging tours on our Observation Deck
The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program and on-going mentoring to provide them with all the skills, information & resources they require to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key expectations include:
Genuine guest interaction in all areas of the attraction, creating connections with people from all over the world
To be adaptable and remain calm under pressure
Comfortable working at heights
To work in all types of weather
To work in all departments across the attraction
To have at least 3 days availability and be able to work as early as 9am and as late as 9:30pm
To clearly and effectively communicate and minimise all risk of misunderstandings where possible
Adhere to our core values through language, behaviour and actions
Follow all health, safety and security practices
To be able to problem solve in various dynamic situations

If you’re someone who thrives on delivering exceptional guest service with energy and positivity, we would love to have you join our team. A fun and proactive attitude is key as you engage with visitors from all over the world at every touchpoint. Ideally, you bring experience in a similar role, and a background in tourism would be a plus.
