If so….we are looking for fun and enthusiastic individuals like you to join our Guest Experience Hosts team here at Cadbury World!
We have several exciting opportunities ready for those looking to work front-line, meeting and greeting and making our guests visit that extra special, at this iconic attraction.
You’ll be on hand to ensure that at every opportunity our guests get the absolute most from their visit to Cadbury World.
As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll be supporting the daily running of the attraction. With no two days being the same, you could be working within the Admissions department or supporting in the Exhibitions and 4D Chocolate Adventure. On the other hand, you could be supporting the Chocolate Making Hosts or looking after the Retail sections.
You’ll look to take ownership working within the attraction by delivering, monitoring and maintaining premium quality standards in line with company’s expectations.
You’ll be ready to answer any questions about the attraction and offer any additional information to enhance our guests experience. You’ll look to manage any bottle necks using effective and polite crowd control methods, ensuring health, safety and welfare at all times.
With your genuine helpful nature and world-class customer service, you’ll always seek out opportunities deliver an experience that is unique and memorable to all our guests.
As part of the Guest Experience Team, you will need to keep displays and point of sale neat and fully stocked up ready for the attraction to open. Throughout the day you’ll be ensuring that all areas are clean, neat and tidy, adhering to the health, safety and security compliance.
We are offering seasonal positions, contracted until September 2026, with a possibility of extensions to these contracts thereafter.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, public-facing or retail role would be nice, but it is not essential!
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- An enthusiastic people-person with a positive attitude and an ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable with having to stand for long periods during your working day
