Are you on the hunt for a seasonal role that's not just a job, but a whole adventure in the heart of Birmingham city? Get ready to bring the fun to life as we seek dynamic seasonal Guest Experience Hosts to become the heartbeat of LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham!

As the face of our attraction, you'll be the go-to person for our visitors, offering a warm welcome, fielding questions and turning every interaction into a chance to create lasting memories.

You’ll play a pivotal role in educating and entertaining our guests of all ages, engaging guests at our interactive LEGO areas. You will also work with school groups but most of all provide outstanding customer service to all our guests.

This is a seasonal contract, offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Our attraction is open daily, so flexibility is needed as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Plenty of experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" attitude
  • A fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
  • Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
  • Flexibility on days and hours. Especially around weekends
