We're looking for a dedicated Custodian to join our team and help ensure our attraction remains spotless, safe, and ready to delight guests and team members alike. In this important role, you'll work behind the scenes and in public areas to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards while contributing to a world-class guest experience.The ideal candidate will be at 18 or older and will be able to meet the typical schedule with hours that can vary depending on business needs, and also include weekdays, weekends and holidays.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Custodian, you'll play a vital role in keeping our facility looking its best by:

• Maintaining cleanliness throughout guest-facing and backstage areas
• Emptying waste receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of trash
• Cleaning doors, windows, walls, baseboards, fixtures, and other surfaces
• Safely cleaning and responding to spills
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking restrooms
• Identifying and reporting maintenance, repair, safety, or fire hazards
• Operating custodial equipment and cleaning supplies safely and effectively
• Maintaining organized and safe storage areas
• Supporting facility opening and closing activities as needed
• Assisting other departments when required
• Contributing to a safe, positive, and team-focused work environment

Physical Requirements

This active role requires the ability to:

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, lift, push, pull, and move throughout the attraction during shifts
• Work in environments with varying noise levels
• Use custodial equipment and cleaning products safely
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work with cleaning chemicals and other materials following established safety procedures
• Utilize basic computer tools when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment is a plus
