Support the Category Leadership journey internally and externally with our Customers, in order to drive Category Growth and in-store leadership in an OMNI Channel environment. The Global Perfect Store Manager will develop, deploy and track Perfect Store guidelines to Professional Retail Store (PSR) and Vet channel customers in order to future proof our core and create new business models. The ambition is to become the partner of choice of preferred PSR retailers and Vet clinics and drive the growth with our partners.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree studies in Marketing, Sales, or equivalents

  • 5+ years in Sales/Marketing with local and customer facing experiences

  • Comfortable with project management in complex cross-functional environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of executives, managers and potentially stakeholders.

  • Sound analytical skills: experience in Category Management or Data Insights is a plus

  • Must be able to think strategically and implement steps to achieve goals

  • Fluent in English & experience in international environment

What would be your key responsibilities?

Act as a Subject Matter Expert owning and delivering the roadmap to enhance and develop Perfect Store program, ensuring it stays a leading-edge program driving category growth and perfect execution with our customers.

  • Support the deployment of Perfect Store/ Perfect Clinic Programs across regions and with priority markets

  • Collaborate with Merchandising & Portfolio teams to lead an instore experience and sales execution strategy.

  • Support the Global Category Lead in delivering best in class category tools for PSRO and Vet customers and accelerating the deployment of a Category 1st Mindset within the priority markets.

  • Facilitate connections between regions and/or markets to share knowledge, challenges and opportunities as part of the broader Sales Execution community

  • Work with Data Technology team and external providers to build Perfect Store dashboards and audits supported by automation tools, helping local markets to take next best actions.
