Wet Process Technologist

Location: Verden, Germany; hybrid type (50% min on-site)

Salary: €59,000 - €70,000 (depending on the experience), annual bonus, benefits, permanent contract

Ready to drive process innovation across Europe? We're looking for a Process Technologist to lead the implementation of new technologies and enhance our factory processes for wet petfood production. This role may require up to 20% travel within Europe. If you're a hands-on problem-solver who enjoys turning ideas into reality, this role is for you.

What are we looking for?

  • A degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least one year of experience in a technical role.

  • A proactive, results-driven individual who collaborates well and learns quickly.

  • Bonus points for skills in applied statistics and data analysis

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead your own projects from pilot to factory scale. For larger initiatives led by senior team members, you will own specific parts within the project. These projects can stem from our innovation pipeline or our quality, efficiency, and sustainability agendas.

  • Design, plan and execute pilot and factory-scale trials to improve our process technologies and performance.

  • Apply your scientific thinking to solve technical challenges.

  • Build a network to stay current with the latest manufacturing advancements.
