The Veterinary Sales Representative will drive accelerated growth in the Royal Canin Veterinary Business by achieving strategic goals through driving nutritional recommendation and identifying opportunities which develop new business and increase points of distribution with veterinary clinics.
What are we looking for?
- Veterinary / Medical / Clinical / Scientific qualifications or work experience.
- Ability to understand nutritional information and confidence in delivering training.
- Data analysis skills including interpreting data
- Utilise CRM software and basic knowledge of excel
- Experience in sales and achieving targets, or motivated to learn
- Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned territory by utilizing strong selling skills while developing and understanding customer needs to increase growth of sales.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key individuals within the clinics and continue to identify new potential clinics and set strategies to align customers for recommending Mars product as their primary therapeutic diet for their clients/patients.
- Collaborate with your team and other company associates to provide valuable contributions to the company and provide customer insights to your regional team.
- Attend and participate in trade shows, regional and company meetings/conference calls as required.
- Complete weekly activity, expense, and other ad-hoc reporting as needed by your manager.
- CPD training, supporting clinics ongoing, consultative selling, to drive nutritional recommendations.
