The Vet Experience Manager for ROYAL CANIN® UK is the leader of the Nutrition 360 initiative that is being deployed into the ROYAL CANIN® organization. The Nutrition 360 program is a transformational program designed to grow the category, accelerate our NSV growth and share of market through systematically step changing the in-clinic nutrition protocols, standard operating procedures, and presence of our nutrition brand.

The Vet Experience Manager will manage all elements involved with the embedding of the Nutrition 360 program within the UK veterinary market, including key contributors to the unit’s Annual Execution Plan (AEP) and strategy deployment.

Manage the execution and implementation of ‘Pictures of Success’ and compliance against key growth drivers across the veterinary sales team as well as tracking all relevant data and results to report back to the wider Royal Canin business.

The Vet Experience Manager will support the wider sales team through the change management of this transformational program through a structured approach including in field training and coaching to ensure maximum visibility and impact in clinic, in line with our objectives, strategies and Global guidelines.

What are we looking for?

  • The role will serve as a head of the Nutrition 360 clinic program in UK & Ireland, linking the different work streams and responsible for the overall program management and day to day progress

    They will partner with the whole demand organization from Key Account to Category, Consumer & Market Inights and Marketing.

    Within the scope of this role, the Vet Experience manager is responsible for execution of the Royal Canin strategy on the market through co-creating and implementing effective merchandising activities, tools and plans to feed more dogs and cats. This responsibility requires a good knowledge of the industry and merchandising tools, strong creativity, and a strong willingness to be close to customers.

  • Lead the Program across UK&I to ensure progress against plan and deadlines completion

  • Update the UK leadership team on progress and results and ensure right engagement level.

  • Link program with overall UK Veterinary Category Story, build scale and consistency
