The Value Stream Packaging Manager is responsible for the overall management of primary and secondary packaging operations, ensuring operational continuity, production plan compliance, and resource optimization. Leads cross-functional teams to guarantee efficient and safe processes aligned with quality and food safety standards. Coordinates operational strategies focused on productivity, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. Manages key performance indicators and promotes a culture of high performance and collaboration. Actively participates in innovation, automation, and plant sustainability initiatives. Ensures compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industrial safety standards.

• Promotes sustainability projects related to efficient resource utilization and waste reduction.
