As UK Sales Business Partner this role will work closely with the UK General Manager (GM) to define and execute the Market Value creation strategy. In this role you will be responsible for:

Sales Finance (80%)

  • Partnering with the UK GM and Regional CFO to define the Long Term and Annual Value Creation ambition for the UK Food business.
  • Providing support to Market GM and Regional CFO in tracking and reporting on business performance on a periodic, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Supporting the Market S&OP processes and actively representing the UK market during the DMR and RIR.
  • Supporting the preparation of annual client negotiations, price increases, and customer business plans.
  • Evaluating the financial impacts of pricing plans and changes in trade terms/conditions to ensure delivery against Value Creation ambition.
  • Managing trade budgets accurately and identifying opportunities to maximize ROI.
  • Initiating, leading, and managing projects that improve current finance processes and deliver against the Value Creation strategy.
  • Ensuring adherence to all corporate policies and guidelines pertaining to internal control.

UK Sales Overheads (10%)

  • Partnering with the UK GM on the management of Overheads expenditure in line with targeted levels.

Digital Transformation: (10%)

  • Supporting the adoption of key digital tools and associated changes to ways of working in the UK.
