国内酒店集采/江苏省/山东省

一、核心岗位职责(TO B 渠道)

1. 销售目标与策略:制定江苏省、山东省年度销售计划、预算与策略,确保目标达成。对接国内豪华、高端酒店总部集采,并协助区域落地。

2. 客户开发与管理:开拓并维护重点客户及经销商,年度合同签署,跟进订单、物流、售后全流程。

3. 跨部门协作:联动市场、供应链、财务,定制特渠产品/活动方案,推动资源落地。

4. 市场与竞品:洞察特渠趋势、竞品动态,优化渠道策略,挖掘新增长点。

5. 合规与预算:严格执行公司合规(真店/真访/真订单),管控费用预算,提升投入产出。

二、任职要求

1. 学历经验:大专及以上,5-8年酒店、餐饮、航空、饮品客户开发经验。

2. 能力:强销售谈判、数据分析、团队管理、跨部门推动;抗压、结果导向。

3. 资源:酒店、餐饮、饮品客户资源、经销商资源优先。

4. 其他:熟练Office,适应区域出差。
