As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the customer care and logistics planning operations in the UAE markets. This includes managing the relationship between Mars and the distributors from a Supply Chain perspective.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree educated OR experience in Supply Chain, Order Processing or Customer Service.
  • Curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative and enjoys working as part of a team.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Be the main point of contact with the sales force and distributors in terms of customer service and logistics operations.
  • Cross-functional interaction between Sales, Supply Chain Planning and Distributor to continuously improve our processes as part of our Supply Vision to “deliver the freshest products, leverage scale and continuously improve cost and service”.
  • Meet key performance indicators including customer service levels, logistics reversal, on time delivery, NQC’s, as well as database maintenance on both Mars and customer systems for customer Credit Notes.
