Mars Snacking Factory Innovation Internship Experience

As a Mars Snacking Factory Innovation Intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas:

• Product, process, and packaging development

• Site Manufacturing and Engineering Teams

• Compliance functions including quality & food safety or scientific and regulatory affairs.

• Sensory

• Work with a Line Manager who will serve as your day-to-day, on-site mentor to provide guidance throughout the experience.
