The strategic ambition for this role Is to develop the necessary services for the segments aligned to GDO's ability to deliver It with scale, speed and costs in mind; It Is also the key liaison role for newly acquired or divested business of Mars with the wider Digital Technologies teams, leveraging and evolving a robust and fit for purpose DT framework which should be time bound and aligned cross segments.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years’ experience on M&A and Service Development cross functional teams
  • Has led significant M&A efforts and programs
  • Has strong cross functional business knowledge
  • Leadership Experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Responsible to ensure post M&A or Divestiture plans are delivered.
  • Is part of STO leadership group and manages complex stakeholder management with other senior director peers, GDO LT members, leaders of the segments/ divisions.
  • Identifies business problem and all business requirements to develop the appropriate GDO offering.
  • Have strong analytical skills and deep technology subject matter expertise across platforms.
  • Exercise critical thinking in identifying external trends in Service Development and M&A.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across several teams within the organization.
  • Possess deep M&A expertise to be credible to organization when making recommendations and driving change.
  • Must be comfortable around senior management and be able to navigate the organization.
