Job Description:
This job is responsible for delivering P2P service for one or more segments across multiple geographies. As such, this person will be the MCS main point of contact for the Buying community in their assigned region and area of expertise providing process coordination and support within:
1. Directs: Raw Materials, Packaging and External Factory
2. Indirects: General Buying, Plant Maintenance, Logistics
3. E-sourcing
4. Vendor Master Data
What are we looking for?
University degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business
Fluent English language skills required.
Professional experience: at least 3 years of working experience in similar position. procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance departments.
Knowledge / Experience• Good knowledge and understanding of core commercial/procurement competencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to organise workload
• Ability to analyse data and assess information quickly
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative;
Excellent attention to detail
What will be your key responsibilities?
Operational Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact in MCS for queries related to P2P processes. Depending on the area these are: Indirects (PM, Logistics, General Buying, Supplier financing, Vendor assurance, System helpline, System trainings) Directs (Raws, Packs, External factory) Vendor Master Data
Work to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the existing systems, processes & documentation (within the team as well as across Teams)
Provide support to Buyers & requisitioners, other MGS departments and /stakeholders
Governance & Communication Responsibilities
Drive commercial processes and take part in team/cross-team projects within operational area
Serve as Subject Matter Expert in the area of responsibility
Provide compliance to commercial governance process in the areas of responsibility
