Every year at Royal Canin we partner with our strategic eCommerce customers on a number of projects to maximise the growth of the science-health nutrition category and deliver our brand objectives.

We are looking for someone to join our team to lead the project management of these strategic projects in 2023 and beyond. This is an extremely exciting role as it has the potential to transform how we market, communicate and sell our products online.

The role requires a balance of commercial guile and strategic vision while at the same time being able to fully influence the Customer. This is done in collaboration with key stakeholders within the Global/Regional & Local Market teams, and also across functions, in particular with Marketing, Content, IT, Customer Care and Scientific Communication team.

The job requires superior functional capabilities and experience of influencing very complex Customers.

What are we looking for?

  • We are looking for someone with advanced Project Management experience in the Digital / eCommerce space.
  • Customer / Client facing experience with demanding customers.
  • Strong collaboration skills - someone who can work with senior stakeholders from across the organisation to bring these projects to life.
  • Experience of measuring & analysing the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • A 'go getter' - someone who is proactive and can work autonomously to drive results.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Working directly with customers to ensure our strategic projects are on-track to be delivered.
  • Analysing the performance of our strategic projects and recommending whether they should be rolled-out further.
  • Engaging key internal and external stakeholders in all stages of the project to secure their support and assistance, where required.
  • Be part of continuous digital improvement by enabling a best-in-class consumer experience.
  • Manage a significant budget and deliver a strong ROI.
  • Share learnings and best practices with global / regional / local stakeholders.
